Dear Guest

Welcome to my house that will be yours for a little while.

I tried to make the house as comfortable as possible based on my travelling experiences. I hope you will appreciate it!

I will be glad to give you all the advices you need about some nice places to visit and also where to taste some local dishes of our area.

So, you are in a nice little town called Massarosa, more precisely at 171/B Casa Checchi Street which is about 6 km far from the Lake Massaciuccoli and only 12 km from the sea (Viareggio city).

Less than 2 km from the house you will find a few shops, groceries, a supermarket, cafés and restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy.

The house is equipped with: refrigerator, stove induction, microwave oven, electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, safe, ironing board and iron, hairdryer.

The house has air conditioning in the living room and in the two upstairs bedrooms.

In the laundry room (outdoor at the back of the house) you will find a washing machine, a stretch linen and all you need to prepare a BBQ!

At the back of the house, outside, you will discover a breathtaking view and a beautiful pergola to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoor, a terrace with a panoramic view and a garden provided with sunbeds and a beach umbrella.

WI-FI connection is available offering a full network coverage indoor and outdoor. You will find the WI-FI password nearby the chimney.

I remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden all around the indoor areas.

Differential waste collection is required in this structure. Here you will find the calendar of the weekly waste pick up.

Thank you so much for having chosen Chez Paul accommodation.
